Shipping Policy
We only have one shipping policy and that's FREE P&P.
We like to think it's easier like that, the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras.
However we're not in business to be taken advantage of by untrustworthy buyers.
We offer recorded delivery on ALL items and if you decide not to take this option, we won't just send you another item straight away.
A claim will be filed with Royal Mail and they will investigate your missing item often after investigating your post person.(so please do consider this, RM have a special team devoted to investigating missing items)
Once this process is complete and only then will another item be sent.
Royal Mail state "we only accept a claim for loss if the item has not been delivered and it is 15 or more days AFTER the due delivery date" in the case of 1st class mail that's usually the day after posting.
Sorry we have had to implement this course of action, but we are sure you can understand why!
Return Policy

Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were sent using the same method of delivery.

Unwanted items will be charged a 15% restocking fee
- Faulty or damaged in transit goods must be reported to us within 7 days of you recieving the goods.
- If they were sent recorded you must return the item/s via recorded post, we are not liable for any items returned which do not arrive back to us safely.

No refunds for postage costs incurred for unwanted items.
